         Our company is registered by the real estate federation in Bodrum and is licensed to deal with real estate management. The company founder Murat YÜCEL born in Germany has studied electrical engineering in the Hamburg University / Germany and lives since 6 years in Bodrum.         Our property management department manages private villas and apartments from our clients all year around. From keyholding, weekly property inspections, airing of property to paying utilities.

Complex Management

        Our Complex Management department manages complete site’s ( blocks of flats ) from 20 to 300 units. We organise the annual owners meetings, take care about the communal area management and maintenance, collect maintenance fee’s, represent the site and more.

Maintenance Services

        Our maintenance department offer 24/7 maintenance and technical services. Pool and Garden maintenance, water and electricity repairs, locksmith service, emergency call out and more.

Rental Management

        Our rental management department offers short term aswell long term rental services. We are also renting out complete complexes. Our rental management departments takes care about all neccessary steps to get the property ready to be rented out. Writing description, taking pictures, pricing the property, organise publishing, finding tenants, completing rental agreements, collecting rental Money, letting in and letting out.         We offer car rental and airport pick up and drop off’s in the Bodrum Peninsula. All transfers and car rentals are offered from our partner company MAVI EGE tourism company, who is registered by travel agencies union in turkey and we are having a A-Class transportation license.
